Michele Scarborough, FNP-C

Michele Scarborough, FNP-C, is a compassionate and experienced family nurse practitioner who is dedicated to caring for the whole patient. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Case Management from Slippery Rock University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Herzing University. Before joining Mercer Medicine, Michele cared for patients in a variety of clinic settings—including primary care and urgent care—where she gained extensive experience educating patients and managing both acute and chronic conditions.
Michele believes every patient is unique, and good care starts with listening and understanding what each person needs. Her goal is to make sure patients feel heard, supported and included in every decision about their health. Michele cares for patients of all ages, but she especially enjoys helping older adults and those who are managing several long-term health conditions.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her children and grandchild, and traveling with her husband.
