Abby Wesselman, LMFT

Abby Wesselman, LMFT, is a proud 2019 graduate of the Mercer University School of Medicine Master of Family Therapy program. Throughout her years of practice, she has served the middle Georgia population in a variety of settings, such as in-home family therapy, working at a community mental health center, and a private practice setting before starting at Mercer Medicine. Abby works with clients ages ten and older and specializes in family and couple's therapy. Abby also enjoys working with individuals and utilizes her knowledge regarding family systems to help an individual with any of their presenting concerns. Abby has experience with working with clients who have anxiety, depression, eating disorders, personality disorders, grief, any family concerns and assisting with life's various transitions. Abby is also able to provide gender-affirming care to all members of the LBGTQIA+ community.

When Abby is not seeing clients, she enjoys reading and spending time with her loved ones and her pets.
